JOB SPECIFICATION FOR PROSPECTIVE
LEADERS
Prospective Leaders must be over 18 at the start of camp
Must have a clean CRB check
Previous experience of working with children preferable but not essential
Able to work in a team setting as well as an individual
Needs to be sensitive to the emotional
needs of the children
Must be motivated, enthusiastic and have
lots of energy, as well as honest,
reliable and committed to the camp
Need to be hands on in all areas from
organising programmes to clearing the dining room
Must be willing to attend meetings prior
to the start of camp
Musts be able to organise activities
either on own or with another Leader
Two written references need to accompany
the application form
